＜8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo Bombana 星星晚餐＞ 今晚帶你地去食Fine Dining, 前排去左位於銀河娛樂城的星級氣派餐廳 8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo Bombana，其實香港都有分店，但因為香港店好難book位而且澳門店相對比較便宜，我地去之前已經做左好多搜尋，究竟餐廳係食乜，衣著係點，Table Manner都要睇。 但食d乜原來係當日主廚話事，可以稱得上Fine Dining界既Omakase 一入門口佢地已經用稱呼叫我地，點解佢地知 ？因為得我地先book 晚上7點咁早 但我覺得冇book錯，因為呢個晚餐食到22：00 ，好漫長但好享受既晚餐。 環境及裝修是走高雅藝術的，是走浪漫同氣派，雖然是輕鬆自在的餐廳，但dress code都需要，而且仲算係高要求的。 侍應俾左餐牌同餐前酒Menu 我地，實在太花多眼亂，單是一杯白酒，已經有超過30款選擇，說實話我不懂，全程係由待應幫我地分配。 我地點了兩份8道菜精選套餐，當日所有材料都是由主廚精挑細選的最新鮮最好食材。 今日菜式有： 頭盤有牛仔肉他他 香煎挪威海螯蝦 意大利面Pastificio Gentile 手工自制意式幼絲麵 釣捕多寶魚 Mayura招牌西冷 橘子沙冰 黑松露拿破倫雪糕 餐前小食及麵包籃； Homemade bread 有3款 ，其實橄㰖油都有4款要我地選，我地選了一濃味，一淡味。 麵包好好食，但裡邊有6個麵包，我地食晒後真係會飽到直接走，所以勺量咁食 餐前小食類似一口酥，當日有3款，有Honey pea，紅菜頭伴紫洋蔥，薯蓉蟹肉配cream cheese 。每一樣都有小驚喜，係好食。 侍應幫我加了香檳 頭盤有牛仔肉他他 牛仔肉他他及魚子醬，在口入邊跳黎跳去，配上淆制的牛肉湯，一d生牛肉的腥味都冇。 香煎挪威海螯蝦 新鮮海螯蝦尾，略嫌海水味有d多，覆蓋左蝦的鮮甜味道，旁邊有海膽，海鮮濃汁，同一種我從未吃過的植物叫紫葉菊苣，像是沒太大味道的椰菜。 侍應再次幫我換晒d酒杯，現在淨返一杯白酒 意大利面Pastificio Gentile 個麵係綠色，當中原來有海藻，蒜頭炒香，上碟時仲熱。但唔算十分驚喜。 手工自制意式幼絲麵 以松露汁，Parmigiano-Reggiano巴馬臣芝士，Melanosporum黑松露配搭而成的意粉，上菜時廚師會在你面前刨數片黑松露，呢個麵好好食，食完有滿足的感覺，芝士同松露真係好香好濃，想再食。 釣捕多寶魚 第一次食慢煮多寶魚，肉質淋得來有咬口，鮮而不腥，橄欖汁提升左魚的鮮味。 侍應應再次幫我換晒d酒杯，現在淨返一杯紅酒 Mayura招牌西冷 用炭火燒熱西冷肉，入口即溶，牛肉油脂分佈平均，這味道是我吃過最滑最香的牛西冷，好想再食。 帶點不捨又帶著期待，我地進入甜品環節 此時侍應給了一杯甜的whisky 橘子沙冰 食左成餐，用橘味沙冰喚醒味蕾，酸甜好配合，沖洗晒剛才吃過的味道。 黑松露拿破倫雪糕 人生中吃過用料最矜貴的雪糕，好難表達出黑松露雪糕是什麼味道，因為以往都係咸食，第一次甜食，大概就是有黑松露香味的餸菜但變成甜吃的味道，拿破倫是新鮮製造，鬆化又香牛油味。 依依不捨的心情放下餐巾，美女侍應推著一部餐車，上面是petit four ，美女侍應叫我地選三款，其實呢個時候飲左好多酒既我已經唔係好記得當日有咩朱古力。她們好細心的幫我們打包，因為知道我地已經飽到連行都行唔到。 這是一次好好用餐的體驗，相信下次會再來試試個午餐 好味指數： 大概價錢：兩份八道菜配酒連稅 MOP $6900 地址 ：8½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana 路氹城「澳門銀河™」綜合渡假城1樓1031號舖 電話號碼：8886 2169 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ 喜歡的請給我一個LIKE，是動力，謝謝你 #Foodie#hkfoodie#吃貨#hongkong#hungry#goodeat#eatgoodwest#hkig#hkfood#foodbuddy#instafood#foodiehk#foodblogger#foodinstagram#yummy#delicious#foodlover#hkigfood#foodgasm#相機食先#foodblogger#eye-catching#網紅#popcorn #eurekapopcorn #delicious #Michelin #galaxy #8½OttoeMezzoBombana
