April Empties . . I used up more items in April then any other month so far this year! One reason is that I have began making an effect of using my “one use items”. By that I mean items you only use once and then throw away like sheet mask. I don’t like buying products like that because of the environmental waste, but I have been sent a bunch in PR and was just hoarding onto them, so April was the month I started really using them. In April I finished 21 items total, which is amazing. These products total to be worth $404.10 Remember the majority is sent to me in PR but the value is their retail amount. Added to my total from the first 3 months I have used up $884.60 worth of products so far in 2019. In my head my unofficial goal was to use up $1,000 worth of products. Now that I see I will definitely achieve that goal early I’m going to reach to use up $2k worth of products this year! . . Are you using up your products? Face Mask Round-Up | May Edition . . This month I used up four face masks and I wanted to share my experience, thoughts, and follow-up review on all of them. I’ve already reviewed three of these, but I feel like after using the entire thing I really know how I feel. . . Farmacy Honey Potion This is an amazing mask! It is hydrating and has healing properties that my sensitive, acne-prone skin really loves. My breakouts were always soothes and lessened with this mask, I would recommend to every single skin type! I would love to repurchase because it is amazing, but I am on a #nobuy so I will not this year. . . Premiere Dead Sea Mask for Problematic and Acne Prone Skin This is my favorite mask ever. It truly helped my breakouts and my skin has gotten worse since I ran out of this products. The most amazing thing about how good it is on acne is that t doesn’t dry down completely like most clay and detoxifying mask. It never caused any tightness, dryness or redness on my skin. I received it in PR, and I’m pretty sure it’s very expensive, but for my skin I haven’t used a better mask ever! I definitely recommend ❤️ . . The Dermalactives Deep Collagen Mask This mask was not for me. It tightened and dried in a very uncomfortable way. Every time I used it my skin was SUPER red after and hot/irritated. My skin was wayyy to sensitive to appreciate anything that this mask was supposed to do. Not a fan, would not recommend. The craziest part is I received this in PR and it’s $895 and I hated it. . . Volition Beauty Detoxifying Silt Gelee Mask ❤️ I quite enjoyed this mask. It was a good product and I really think it worked with my skin. It was detoxifying and hydrating, which is hard to come by. However, stacked up against the others I used this month I think this would rank as #3. . . Honey Grail . . Farmacy has graced us with another new honey baby, and I am so excited to try it out ❤️ . . A luxuriously lightweight face oil that gives ultimate hydration and glow! This oil is antioxidant-rich and fast-absorbing which helps revitalize the skin and smooth fine lines and wrinkles. . . This oil is full of nutrients with a formula containing proprietary honey, sea buckthorn and 5-flower oil blend, omegas, vitamins + amino acids. . . A special bonus is that this oil can also be used on the hair. I personally wouldn’t sue that because of the price tag, my hair oils are more reasonably priced. . . I have not tested this honey grail yet because I was fighting with some pesky breakouts and just cleared my skin in the last two days, so I don’t want to immediately start testing something new. (Btw the honey potion mask has been saving my skin)I will start using it very soon though and will give you a full review once I have my full thoughts and see how it interacts with my skin. . . #ad | A night routine like no other My skin has been loving this extra routine with the addition of the @mellownaturals Clarifying Face Serum*. 9 in 2019 Rolling Project Pan | Skincare Edition | Update 4 . . I am happy to share this update with you because I have completely used up 6 products and I have decided to declutter 1 . . This month was the month of discovering I LOVE masking. I will sit there and wear a face mask for 30 minutes and be totally relaxed, rinse it off, and then use a different one for 30 minutes if I can. I’ve been making sure I roll in at least one mask to use, but I am thinking about doing a separate masking project, what do you think? Keep it in this or make a new one? Let me know in the comments. Anyways I finished 3 masks: @farmacybeauty honey potion, @premierdeadseausa problematic skin mask, and @volitionbeauty detoxifying silt gelee mask. . . I also finished @sheenorganics blemish treatment, @osmosis_beauty blemish serum, @tahnyc micellar water, and the @dermae glycolic acid toner. I am decluttering the Paula’s choice bha liquid. It breaks me out every time I try to use it again, and I’m done trying. . . I am almost done with my Farmacy green clean and my Pixi ceramide cream.
