Thank God It’s Monday! It’s supposed to be HARD so stop complaining about that part of this journey!!! I worked on my upper body this am & used some lower body work to keep my HR up! Form before anything else when lifting! I’m showing you what I fixed for breakfast, lunch & a snack today but don’t get used to that bc I won’t post my food daily! It is extremely important for you to make your nutrition PERSONAL bc there is no one way to do this thing! I paid someone to teach me how to eat for my body! I eat to maintain my weight loss not to drop weight & right there is where our goals might be different! I don’t do meal prep bc I won’t eat it! I cook my food every morning & I keep it simple! When you try to do what others are doing and switch up what’s working is where you fall off so do what works for you & drink your water!! AM CREW........
I did NOT FEEL like being here this am but I remember my friend @mikebradshawsr told me that “Feelings Don’t Matter!” I thought that was mean at first but I actually understand bc if we only show up when we FEEL like it I don’t there would be much showing up happening! With that being said I completed my run & some shoulder, tricep & bicep work!!! AM CREW.... tag you’re IT!!
I was fussing in a major way this am but once I got started on my fasted run I woke up & it all made sense! Today was an upper body day & I worked shoulders, triceps & back! Remember that form is more important than how much weight you’re lifting! Do try to lift what you see other people lifting, lift the amount that allows you to keep the proper form!!! With lateral raises I’m showing you how to help get the dumbbells back up by letting them touch when you have reached the point where you feel like you can’t get them up from the side to make the T! With the tricep press force your elbows close to your ears & you will see a big difference! I show the Albolene & wrap more bc I want you to see that I consistently use this method!!! Happy Tuesday!! I’m on the roll this am & work was completed on these LEGS!!! Fasted Run & Leg Work!!! I got in some dumbbell work on my legs but didn’t have time to video! Try the walking lunges & walking on an incline circuit tho! 25 walking lunges & 1 min walking on an incline! 4 rounds to =100 walking lunges!!! People ask how I build my workouts but I was well trained! I’m still doing things that my trainer showed me years ago along w/new things that I have researched! In my career we always go back to the research so I naturally research everything! You own it more when you INVEST in it.... trust me on that! AM CREW.... ROLL CALL!!!
#TransformationTuesday Working on my undergraduate degree vs Masters Complete, Doctorate still in progress & 13 years into my career!! God has been Good!!! I saw him work in others and wanted him to work on me but I knew that wouldn’t happen unless I made a commitment to this process!! 20’s vs 30’s ..... transformation from the inside out!!! The thing that I love about natural weight loss is that I still look like Nesha!!! ❤️ Two things that I am certain about.... 1. God will always get the glory! 2. I want to do this for the rest of my life!! Improving my health has helped me in so many other areas in my life & I am thankful!! SN: That phone was hanging on for dear life This is my truth & I live in it!!!
Hey guys I slide into the gym around lunch hour today and got it done. I tried to record it but I forgot when the suns out and they have the shades up it makes for a horrible videobut you get the jest of some of my work. Also did 30 mins of cardio and finished with core. I'm posting dinner up next

Hello, Good Morning! I’m present for the #AMCREW & the rent has been paid this am!! Today I was on my legs.... fasted stair master, elevated dead lifts & Squats! Standing on the plate gives me a deeper stretch in my hamstrings! If you use the assisted pull-up machine to work your glutes you will get a deeper stretch of you stand on the floor! This also helps with opening up your HIPS!!! Completed the Jane Fonda circuit for glutes & hips & some time on the ab roller!! I earned my money this am!!! AM CREW..... GET UP!!!
