Rote Linsen - Bolognese #vegan
ZUTATEN:
1 ganze Zwiebel
2 ganze Knoblauchzehen
10 grüne Oliven m. Mandeln
2 EL Tomatenmark
N. B. Frische Petersilie
50g rote Linsen
100g Tomaten, gestückelt (Dose)
120g rote Linsen Spaghetti
Paprikapulver, Chilipulver
Pfeffer, Salz, Koriander
ZUBEREITUNG:
Halbe Tomate würfeln, Zwiebeln schälen und fein würfeln. Ebenfalls Knoblauchzehen schälen und klein hacken. Die Oliven auch klein schneiden in Scheiben. Alles in einem großen Topf in etwas Öl andünsten. Tomatenmark, Gewürze, Linsen und die gestückelte Tomaten dazugeben und etwa 25 Minuten köcheln lassen. Währenddessen immer wieder gut umrühren und ggf. etwas Wasser hinzufügen. Die Spaghetti mit in der Soße kochen. Immer leicht umrühren.
