No les voy a mentir, aveces me da pereza, especialmente comenzar. Todo cambia cuando cae la primera gota de sudor. No se que tiene el sudor que me da ganas de aumentar la intensidad e ir por mas hasta que termino bañada en el.

Who else loves cardio? ♀️
I am not going to lie, sometimes I dread it, especially to start. But everything changes as soon as the first drop of sweat drips down. I don’t know why but breaking a sweat always pushes me to bump up the intensity and go for longer until I end up drenched.

Good morning guys! It’s a beautiful ☀️ day today and I’m continuing on with my 5 personal fit journey habits I’ve done but have kicked to the curb .

2️⃣ Constantly counting your calorie and carb intake - I admit I’m so guilty of this one ♀️ and i have to say this one was the hardest bad habit to let go. When I first started my fit lifestyle I would count every single calorie and carb I would intake. Of course I did not have nutrition knowledge of how much I should have been consuming everyday. I would eyeball it and see how my body would react and change. I would say I was harming my health rather then helping it. BUT besides stressing about my food intake it also prevented me from enjoying social time when it came to eating out with my family and friends. I honesty did not eat pizza or hamburgers for a really long time . And if I did eat bad fried greasy food I would feel so guilty and kill my self the next day at the gym. Finally it came to a point that I realized it was becoming an obsession rather then actually enjoying the process and it was hard to admit. Now if you ask me I can tell you that I happily eat EVERYTHING ...in moderation of course! Yes I eat , , , chips etc and I enjoy my food at the moment. I do not count calories and I can also tell you that food when you eat it in a POSITIVE perspective it taste so much better!!!
Now on another note if you are planning to compete or want to meet a certain goal by a certain time then yes counting your calories and carb intake is very important. But if your not then don’t sweat about it and enjoy the process! .
