Back day again and here’s a quick 5 set workout to really thicken the back up.
A lot of people tell you that you need to work out at least an hour a day to really see differences in the muscle.
I think that’s a lot of bullshit.
Studies have shown that even five minutes of highly focused exercise can increase natural growth hormone levels for up to 24 hours.
I’m not saying that you’re going to get significant amounts of muscle improvement if you only work out five minutes a day, because he won’t.
I’m just saying that you shouldn’t put a certain time limit on your workouts and your workouts aren’t “successful” if you don’t hit those numbers.
What you should do is make sure you really focus on every exercise and feel the mind-muscle connection.
What that means is visualize the exercise you are about to do perfectly.
If you don’t know how to do the exercise perfectly, then there’s 10000 YouTube videos showing it.
Watch one before you do the exercise, then perform the exercise and focus with your mind on flexing the exact amount so you are trying to work out.
Close your eyes and feel the muscles squeezing with each wrap.
This is called the mind-muscle connection.
I work as usually last 45 minutes or less.
Your body is like a stick of dynamite, you can tap it all day and you’ll see no changes.
The minute you smack it with a hammer, boom, it explodes.
So get in the gym, get focused, smash your weights, and move on.
