Now that you actually really thought about it and know for a fact that it doesn’t, and since a lot of my students have been asking me about this, so here are some things I do to actually stay fit:
I do intermittent fasting or have 2 big meals instead of 3
If my aim is to loose weight because I overdid it during a period of time, then I go on a CALORIE DEFICIT meaning I decrease my calories intake!
I don’t count calories but I’m very smart about what I eat! By the way guys eating avocado all day long won’t help with fat loss! Even if it is good fat! Merci
I move a lot: take stairs instead of elevator, walk when I can, play with my daughter etc move move move!
I do yoga everyday, 6 days a week and I sweat
I do cardio and strength training 2 to 3 times a week to keep myself in check, healthy joints, strong body!
I eat more protein and less carbs!
I follow great people on social media who talk about weight control, food and calories intake etc
If I want to eat a bar of chocolate, I do but I remove the fruits I wanted to eat in the evening or the next day! Guilt FREE
I have 2 drinks tops during the weekend and not 6!
I Drink a lot of water instead of juices and coffee etc! Don’t get me wrong I still loveeee my coffee
I have citrus essentiel oil and grapefruit oil to control my appetite when needed
