The day before I gave birth to my 3rd baby ↖️ I taught my Bodypump class and then hopped on the treadmill because I thought labor might be started and I wanted to encourage that crap along!⠀

Sure enough, my son was born about 15 hours later on a Friday.⠀

I was home 24 hours after that and gave the prayer in church on Sunday. (I’m not saying YOU have to do that. That’s just my story.)⠀
