How I love mangoes and it's desserts, sharing my one of the all time fav dessert, Mango Shrikhand. It is so easy and quick to make. You can create your own healthier version using Greek yogurt and honey. How about including this delicious mango dessert recipe in your Eid gathering menu or want to serve it in Iftaar Here you go exotic mango shrikhand recipe.

Ingredients
1 kg Yogurt
1 cup Alphanso Mango pulp
1 tsp cardamom powder
Pinch of Saffron mixed in 1 tbsp of milk
2 tbsp. condensed milk
1 bowl Alphanso chunks
some grated (milk/dark )chocolate for garnishing
Pistachio and Almond for garnishing
Instruction
Take a muslin cloth and spread it on a big bowl.
Pour the curd in the cloth.
Now bring the ends of the cloth together and hang it on a support to drain the water from the curd.
Let the curd hang for 6-7hours(I did it over night)
Once the hung curd is done, it will discard all water thru the cloth and will form thick texture.
Mix thick curd with remaining ingredients nicely to make it smooth.
While serving it layer it with fresh Alphonso chunks in serving glass.
Garnish with grated chocolate and almond pistachio crush.
