At @stretchzonenashville they have a patented belt and strap system that allows them to move your body in specific ways to really loosen you up!

I have never been flexible and can’t even come to close to touching my toes but after just 25 minutes I was able to. Of course this is temporary but can’t wait to go back to continue to work on it!

I thought it was time for an update on my pancake. These results did not come from yoga, or PNF or a nervous system trick.

It was the result of learning to fully inhabit my body (better motor maps = better range of motion y’all), release tension and control the new range.

Too much of what is taught out there focuses on tactics. Sometimes they work. I’d rather give you the principles to create your own freedom.
