What is the MOST unique/creative dish that you tried before

Mine is definitely this GIANT fortunate cookie that was filled with vanilla and chocolate mousse in the center, served with various seasonal fruits - the shell is so crisp and fresh (you can tell it's not an "old" cookie you know what I mean?), the mousse are not overly sweet and perfectly compliments the cookie and the fruits. Yes, it even comes with a GIANT fortune slip in the cookie!!!!!
I still think back to this fortunate cookie from time to time and OMG IT WAS AMAZINGGGG

How do I keep my foodie page PG13 when this hot dog is literally named the big boner (kids, leave a like and the look away)
All jokes aside, I really wish you guys can see the size of this thing - it was MASSIVE!! It is a 1/2 pound beef hot dog wrapped in bacon, topped with pulled pork, coleslaw, AND baby back ribs - idk what's more scary, the size and amount of food in this one dish, or the fact that I was able to finish the whole thing....now if you guys need me, I will be taking a nap

Who's a #vegetarian out there? Or maybe you are a vegetarian by default like Mike is. I have a great meal suggestion for you. Even if you are a carnivore, I know you are going to like this dinner. I'm not going to say it is healthy, there is quite a bit of cheese in there, but there are also a lot of veggies, so you can tell yourself you are sticking to that diet!

This Mediterranean Pasta Bake is super easy to make and oh so delicious. A piece of cake on a busy weeknight. I came home from work at 4 and was sitting down at the table aby 4:45. You can't ask for a more when serving a hot, delicious and semi healthy dish.

1 pound uncooked penne. (I like penne, but you could use any shape)
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 yellow squash, diced
1 green zucchini, diced
olive oil
1/2 cup smoked gouda, cubed
1 cup shredded mozzarella, separated
10 oz. jar halved kalamata olives (I use half)
1 jar favorite tomato pasta sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a 13x11 baking dish, toss the bell pepper, squash and zucchini lightly in olive oil and bake for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta for half the amount of recommended time.
Drain pasta. Do not run under water.
Place vegetables, gouda cheese and 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese in the pot.
Return pasta to pot and stir to help melt.
Pour tomato sauce (leave a little) and kalamata olives into the pot and stir until well mixed.
If the baking dish doesnt' have enough olive oil in it to coat it, spray Pam
Pour pasta into the baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
Take pasta out of oven, turn off heat. Pour the remaining sauce and sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese on top. Return to oven to let melt. (about 5 min)
Serve and enjoy!
