My final form for my second bikini competition. Overall I am SO proud of my physique I brought to the stage. I worked really hard during the off season to make improvements and came in about 4lbs lighter this time around than my first competition. I want to say a huge thankyou to my amazing coach @jmoisfit ! I feel like she really puts my health (mental and physical) first and overall is just a really awesome person to work with when I decided I wanted to do another competition she asked me what my goals were and I said I wanted to come in leaner and get in the top 3 of my class and I definitely accomplished both of those goals with getting 1st place in bikini c so thank you! Had a blast shooting with @tlrsevennine after my first time competing at the @foxcitiesshowdown Fast forward 5 years to my maternity shoot with my girl @tararudyphotography a few weeks back. These pictures make me think of what my Grandma always says to me... “Don’t worry about tomorrow; God is already there.” Sure life has its ups and downs, but God’s plans have been and will always be better.

What up fam happy Thursday!! Sitting at 114.4 this am new low & get my second highest carb day on the cycle, I’d say it’s a damn good day! . Very excited about what is happening and what’s to come. Talked with coach a bit yesterday and have a pretty good plan set in place to finish this season and then go into building season I don’t like to say off season because for me there isn’t one, it’s always on, it’s always 100%. ⚠️Long post ahead but well worth the read ‼️ I want to thank everyone who has reached out and supported me and my fitness journey! There is no way I could have competed yesterday without the love and support from all my family and friends. To my family you are amazing, you have supported me from day 1️⃣ and I am forever grateful for you! Aaron has went above and beyond for me this prep, it takes a special someone to live with a hangry bikini competitor! To my friends thank you for all your support and kind words, it means the world to me! What you saw yesterday was the final product, you saw the glitz and the glam, what you didn’t see yesterday was the early mornings and late nights, my alarm going off at 4 am so I could do cardio before teaching humans all day, weighing every ounce of food my body would consume in a week, and doing dishes in my heels while practicing my poses. I don’t share this information to boast or brag, I tell you all this with the hopes that you will set a goal for yourself and accomplish it. I hope this motivates you to not let anyone else’s opinion of you determine your own success.
