Решение: ✅ Если онихолизис небольшой как на 1 фото (не более 1/3 ногтевого ложа) - антифунгал капать дома 1-2р/день, массаж по кутикуле маслом чайного дерева 1-2р/день, natural force на ногти или гельлак/гель (можно не снимать). Через 1-1,5 месяца как правило все срастает и восстанавливается. ... ✅ если онихолизис большой - более 1/3 ложа как на фото 2 - просто с антифунгалом может не срасти,тк сильное запревание будет и больше вероятности прикрепления бактериальных и грибковых инфекций. Можно попробовать 1 мес. не снимая также повосстанавливать как в 1 варианте, но если через месяц не будет положительной динамики - то рекомендуем открыть и удалить ноготь в зоне отхождения. ... ✅ если онихолизис большой и ещё и с изменением цвета (дисхромия) говорит о вероятном наличии инфекции - всегда открываем, дополнительно рекомендуем проконсультироваться с врачем и также сращиваем используя антифунгал, масло чайного дерева и natural force. Если врач подтверждает наличие инфекции - лечение назначает врач. . ... Общие рекомендации для всех 3 случаев. . ☝️протезировать в крайнем случае, например в период отпуска, и только базой гельлак. Помните пальчик на новогодние праздники ?) Онихолизис, Псевдомония. Понимаю, что не украшу свою ленту таким коллажем, но вы спрашиваете часто и про этот конкретный случай и вообще про онихолизис. ... Все хорошо - почти срос ))) ... Прошло 1 мес и 20 дней, положительная динамика есть. Итоговый результат смотрим через 3 месяца. Если через 1-1,5 мес нет положительной динамики (зависит от иммунитета) - направляем клиента к врачу!!! Такие случаи лучше не протезировать никаким искусственным материалом, важно исключить повышенную влажность и запревание !!! Сращивать в открытом виде!!! ... Для справки Псевдомония — бактериальная инфекция, может быть локализована как между искусственным ногтем и натуральной ногтевой пластиной, так и между естественными ногтевой пластиной и ногтевым ложе. Процветают во влажных местах и питаются за счет мертвых тканей и бактерий в ногтевой пластине, а влага обеспечивает благоприятную для роста среду. В дальнейшем, под воздействием этой инфекции, ногтевая пластинка темнеет и размягчается под искусственным покрытием, а бактерии проникают в более глубокие слои. Если же бактерии попали между ногтевой пластиной и ложем ногтя, то, помимо изменения окраски, может произойти отслоение ногтевой пластины. ... Если данная инфекция возникла между натуральным ногтей и искусственным материалом, тк клиент не пришёл во время на коррекцию или не увидел что пошла отслойка. При коррекции - Убираем искусственный материал, чистим, но не сильно истончаем натуральный ноготь, дезинфицируем и заново закрываем искусственным материалом. Может остаться легкое окрашивание ногтя, но эта пигментация остаточная не опасна и спокойно срастает по ходу роста ногтя. Пилки которыми делали коррекцию - выбрасываем, все поверхности и руки клиента/мастера дезинфицируем растворами. EXTRACT ALOE GEL To extract the aloe gel from the leaves: * “Fillet” the aloe leaf by slicing off the sides with a sharp knife, then glide the knife between the skin (green epidermis) and the outer pulp. Repeat on both sides. You will be left with a slimey, clear ‘fillet’ (see photos) * Wash the ‘fillet’ under the tap to remove any yellow sap/latex. Be careful with that sap - it can sting your eyes and tastes very bitter. * Blend the ‘fillet’ until it is liquid and then strain. * Now it is ready to mix with water to the desired concentration. . . 2 GARDEN USE IDEAS: 1. Foliar spray - Spray on your plants that need some anti-bacterial and anti-fungal protection - particularly curcurbits who are susceptible to powdery mildew and tomatoes that are prone to blight. The effectiveness varies for each disease but a concentration around 35-40% has reasonable effectiveness against many especially for leaf spot, rot and blight (Alternaria alternata).
