Всего на Тверской в процессе реконструкции в 30-40е годы было передвинуто на новые места более 20 домов. Сегодня для вас минимаршрут по таким домам. Сохраняйте, чтобы потом увидеть их! Технология передвижки домов была разработана инженером-строителем Эмманиулом Генделем, она оказалась такой эффективной, что мировые рекорды по массе и скорости передвижки домов ставились именно в СССР. . 1). Электротеатр Станиславский Тверская,23. (2) В 1940 году здание Электротеатра передвинули вглубь улицы. Здание поднимали на домкрате и на рельсах переносили. Считается, что это была самая тяжелая передвижка в истории, ведь вес всего комплекса, состоящего из трех строений, достигал 25000 тонн. 2). Дом номер 18Б на Пушкинской площади -"Конторский дом Сытина".(3) В 1979 году, чтобы открыть вид на новые корпуса «Известия», здание было передвинуто на 33 м в сторону Настасьинского переулка. Дом был отрезан от фундамента и за трое суток на восьми рельсовых путях переместился на новый фундамент, где он сейчас и стоит. 3). Дом Генерал-Губернатора или Мэрия Москвы (Тверская , 13, 4) Это здание вот уже 2,5 века занимают генерал - губернаторы или главы Москвы. В 1938 году дом весом в 20 000 тонн перенесли на 13,5 метров. Во время переезда был поставлен мировой рекорд - здание передвинули всего за 41 минуту. 4). Саввинское подворье. На фото вы видите его интерьеры (Тверская, д6, стр.6, (1, 5,6,7,8) Красивое здание пожалели и решили просто сдвинуть вглубь улицы. За одну ночь вместе с жильцами 23-х тонный дом передвинули на 50 метров с линии Тверской. Работа была начата 4 марта в два часа ночи. Инженерные коммуникации были подключены к гибким шлангам и работали в штатном режиме. Здание подворья двигалось настолько плавно, что спавшие жильцы не ощутили движения. 5. Дом Гудовичей находится в Брюсовым переулке, 21. (9,10) До 1941 года этот дом находился на Тверской улице. Дом решили не сносить во время реконструкции, а просто передвинуть с улицу в Брюсов переулок.
