Learning discernment will be one of the most important tools as we continue through this age of disinformation. This means that most of us will have experiences where we are misled because we gave someone else our trust or get lost in someone else mental emotional landscape. This is inevitable. . When you are triggered you can’t read others energy accurately or precisely. That’s just how it goes. If you are triggered you will need to do the inner work(shadow work, inner child work, energy clearing, centering, grounding) and address your own wounded psyche and emotions. When you are clear then you can discern the true level of projection coming from the other person. When you are making choices unconsciously, you will meet others on your path who trigger you so that you can see what is hidden within your own nature. This is the basis of shadow work. . When you are conscious you are no longer going to be triggered in the same way when you meet those formerly “hidden” aspects of yourself reflected in another. Because they are now seen. They are conscious. They are no longer hidden. You are aware. . From that place of having not only witnessed those once unconscious aspects of your personality, but also loved them, forgiven yourself and integrated them full you can now truly say, through non-attachment, that behavior your witnessing is someone else’s baggage. . You are now acting as a whole person in concert. Your spirit and your human self. The reflective mirror will still show you things but you will be able to discern that it has nothing to do with you. You can now easily release energy that doesn’t belong to you. . In summary, the more conscious and aware you are doesn’t mean others won’t try to project their insecurity, jealousy, shame, guilt, anger, frustration onto you. In order for everything to become okay, you must become okay with everything. Many times we will set “rules“ in our mind that we can be “happy“ when certain things turn out to the way we expect. This however, has the potential to cause us to be dependent on those “outer circumstances.” The one thing we always have the ability to “control“ is how we relate to the circumstances. When we try to control everything we take on more than we can chew. The solution to this is to focus more on the “state of being” then anything else. Then we can focus on “allowing” the moment “to be” which will let go of negative resistance in a powerful way. The paradox is that by doing this things naturally happen the way we want anyways. So the key is a balance of being present at the moment, surrendering and knowing that everything may happen even better than the ego imagines. #trusttheprocess much love✌️
