I've thrown back to Moravian natural wines again. Petr Nejedlík founder, owner, winemaker at Dobrá Vinice and one of the fathers of natural winemaking in Czech Republic is one of my favourite producer from our neighbours. As first in Czech he's started making wines in traditional Georgian #qvevri , he also makes gorgeous #petnat s and many other wines. #DobráVinice Cuvée Kambrium #GrünerVeltliner , #Riesling and #SauvignonBlanc 2014 is (if I can that say ) one of his basic wines. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ #Unfiltered , indigenous yeasts, #unfined . Nine month maturation in old oak barrels and in new accacia barrels.
