True! En te vaak onderschatten wij de waarde van zelfliefde en self-care. Ik probeer steeds meer tijd voor mijzelf in te plannen. En moet dat ook echt plannen want anders doe ik het niet. With this being my last pregnancy I have been feeling a rollercoaster of emotions. I’m trying to do my best to enjoy every second and soak in every kick and milestone, but it hasn’t been easy. Time feels like it’s slipping away and like the weeks are just flying by and it’s been bringing up different anxieties. I want nothing more than to be holding her in my arms but I also know that when that happens time will just continue to go on and she will be growing so quickly before my eyes. So today I will sit and soak in these precious moments with her growing in my belly. I will continue to dream and look forward to the day I’m holding her. And if I can give out a piece of advice...document your pregnancy! I didn’t take as many bump pics with the boys and I regret it so much. Our bodies are so incredible and I know one day I will truly treasure all these photos

9eme et dernier mois avant de te rencontrer ma poupette Le dernier mois sans doute le plus long de ma vie Un petit débriefing sur ma grossesse : les trois premiers mois ont été vraiment intense et désagréable à cause des vomissements, hospitalisation, vraiment désastreux ! Une fois le 4ème mois se fût que du bonheur !!!!! ☀️ Vraiment une grossesse facile, +6kg pour l’instant, bien sûr la fatigue commence à se faire ressentir, de l’œdème, des nuits blanches mais bientôt la fin !!!
