The emulated Human Intelligence or better called Artificial Intelligence will become as smart as an average educated human by the end of the 2020s or to be more precise the predicted year being 2029. -- Computers will be capable of learning and creating new knowledge entirely on their own and with no human help. By scanning the enormous content of the Internet, some computers will "know" literally every single piece of public information (every scientific discovery, every book and movie, every public statement, etc.) generated by human beings. -- What follows then will be an era of consolidation in which non-biological intelligence will undergo exponential growth. whereas biological intelligence is effectively fixed in its rate of growth.
