Thomas Edison once said, “The Doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest his patient in the care of the human frame, in diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease.” // It’s easy for a doctor to prescribe medicine by matching it to symptoms. But it takes guts and brains to partner with a patient and heal with lifestyle medicine. While medicine is needed and it saves lives, research and evidence shows that lifestyle and preventative medicine works to help patients in a chronic state. However, we haven’t shifted as a healthcare industry to support the mindset and marry the two philosophies. When I have a patient in front of me that we’ve been able to see lab markers change, weight drop, mood lift, and overall function improve — without medicine — I know we are headed in the right direction.

I have been in contemplation about these words in synergy with one another the past couple of days. Spoke with a friend on the weekend and I was told that I should never think I am better than anyone else.
And I thought- why not?
If we feel that our level of confidence in our intellect, our minds, our thoughts, our body, our capabilities and aptitude leads you to a state of feeling beyond the aptitude and capacity of capabilities of others within that world - leads you to feel that you are better than them- without the harm, without the conceit and without the superiority- but rather with humility-
Then Confident Humility is an altered state to be in.
Call it a feeling that your better than others-
And yes.. it IS ok to feel that you are better than others.
The key word within is the Humility.
Imagine thinking or feeling the opposite way- that others are better than you, that you are not worthy or deserving.
Confidence of feeling better than others while maintaining humility - is an essential stepping stone to personal growth and human development.
Don’t listen to those that tell you otherwise - your better than that!!

I’ve been playing around with CBD oil from @verjurcbd and to be honest it took some time to notice any changes so I’ve increased the dosage roughly a week ago. I think I can now strongly agree that it helps to calm myself before bed and meditation.
On the other hand I combined the CBD oil with my new toy - FAR infrared sauna and badass meditation with isochronic tones. This definitely opened another level for me and I strongly recommend this to anyone who needs proper recovery daily after studying, work and training!
