In order to do all the things I do in a day, and to be able to do them in a relaxed way, I rest and let go...a lot. Recently, I've spent some of my rest time with Lulu Martin at Blue Lotus Healing Arts. In the past two months I've had six sessions with her: Vibrational Raindrop, Colorpuncture, Angelic Reiki, Sound Massage, Hatha Yoga with Crystal Bowl Sound Bath, another Colorpuncture, and in two weeks I'm going back for her December special which includes Vibrational Raindrop with 13 essential biblical oils. I didn't even know what half of those things were before I started (there are nice descriptions on her website), but I met Lulu by Grace one special day at Bike the Bay and I knew I would one day spend time with her so when the time arrived I was wide open...and I am sooooooo thankful for the time spent with her because each and every time is wonderfully relaxing, comforting, and restorative. I took these pictures while I was there yesterday so that I could share with you how beautiful Lulu has made this space and to let you know that she is here to love you too. If you ever feel like relaxing in a wonderfully calm space while being treated kindly and carefully, if you could use some help working through a tough time, if you need some pain relief, if you simply enjoy feeling renewed and uplifted, I highly recommend being here with Lulu, she's great.
