Let’s talk about BOOBS As I mentioned on my stories about a week ago I want to be able to do real dips again. I then got a lot of questions about it because I mentioned that I stopped because of my boobs. If you didn’t know already I had my boobs done when I was around 20 years old. Before that I could do push-ups and dips but since I put my implants behind my muscles I stopped after that since it was too uncomfortable and I didn’t want any complications. I have avoided training chest and triceps due to this since then and now I’m sick of it I want to be strong again and do dips and pushups and be more balanced. As of now I’m trying to regain my strength, I do a lot of assisted dips with resistance bands and pushups on my knees. I don’t know if it’s possible to remove the uncomfortable feeling ( and sometimes pain) while training chest but time will tell☺️ Just wanted to share this since so many girls asked me about it. #boob #boobjob #implants #gymshark #gymsharkwomen #gymsharktrain

This week has been rough to get through with my surgery. I hated not being able to be strong. Today is the first day that I feel like myself I got myself dressed, I drove myself, I did my hair and makeup all on my own. STRENGTH comes in all shapes and sizes. Time and time again we feel weak, like we can’t go any farther and we will never get through the pain. In my short 24 years I have endured a lot of pain and even when I didn’t think I had the strength and I was at my weakest my strength was getting out of bed every day. Our small strengths become easier each day and we accomplish more and more. And then when we come towards the end we become stronger than we ever thought was possible. If you feel like what you are going through is impossible to overcome, celebrate the small strengths.
