Moral of this short and sweet story is..you don’t need anyone’s support but your own. Instill confidence by pushing your own boundaries, raising your own bar. Do things that make YOU proud of YOU. Trust me here.
If you can tidy up your running form, you can become faster almost instantly. The last thing you want to do is waste energy when you are running, therefore, it's important to use everything efficiently.

There are many ways in which form can be improved, and I've just provided 3 above. Obviously footballers are not sprinters, but the basic foundations of running remain the same. Think of a ball over the top and a striker accelerating 15-20 yards to latch onto it. If they transmit force efficiently in the acceleration phase, this can be the difference between getting a goal opportunity or not.

Do some self-analysis and see where you could improve. Just pick one area at a time and focus on it, for example, focusing on knee drive.

Felt good to get back on the track and practice the new approach a run in 10 step approach out a lot wider than usual so I can bring the speed and still keep my stride length on the turn. Still need to make some more adjustments of moving The approach further back , the last two steps you can see I broke off of the turn planning my foot almost parallel to the bar i usually do that when I feel as if I am too close to the bar when I’m taking off. I’m a jumper that takes off with pretty good distance away from the bar. I’ve moved my mid-Mark from 35 feet to 37 feet , Full length of my approach is around 72 feet I’ll probably need to be around 75-77 feet #highjump #trackandfield #jalenramsey #explosivetraining #boxjumps #jump @jumpramsey
