✅SDS_Page بخش اول: يک روش کم هزينه ، سريع و تکرارپذير در مطالعه پروتئين ها است . اين روش به طور معمول برای بررسی مراحل خالص سازی ، محاسبه مقدار نسبی و تعيين وزن مولکولی پروتئين ها و پپتيدها بکار می رود . اين روش را می توان به هدف خالص سازی مقادير کم پروتئين ها نيز بکار برد . بدين لحاظ امروزه SDS_PAGE به عنوان پُر استفاده ترين روش در ميان روش های الکتروفورزی مطرح است. ✒✒✒✒✒✒✒✒ قابليت تفکيک کنندگی بسيار بالای روش SDS_PAGE عمدتاً ناشی از وجود سديم دودسيل سولفات (SDS) و ويژگی مناسب ژل پلی اکريل آميد در غربال پروتئين های مختلف است .
