How calm, cool, and collected I like to look in photos, vs how cold it actually felt like on the tip top of the Space Needle. Temos a tendência de falar tudo o que a criança tem que fazer, sem saber se aquilo de alguma forma está surtindo um efeito ruim pra ela... quantas vezes você já mandou seu filho ir brincar com outra criança sem saber se aquela criança tem uma atitude legal com seu filho, apenas para ter um tempinho pra bater um papo com seus pais?... bem, onde quero chegar é que: precisamos aprender a ouvir nossos filhos. Mesmo que esse “ouvir” não envolva “palavras”... ao longo desses 6 anos de convivência, aprendi a “ouvir” o silêncio do Mauricinho. Silêncio esse, recheado de significados. Sua postura, seu olhar, sua respiração, são imediatamente transformados quando ele quer dizer alguma coisa. Nesse feriado por exemplo: viajamos para a casa de tios que fica à beira de uma represa, honestamente não pretendia entrar no meio da represa com ele, uma vez que já havíamos nos refrescado na piscina, e tive medo de não ser seguro pelo fato de não conseguir apoiar o pé no chão... mas Mauricinho “falou” comigo. Ao ver todos os tios e primos pulando na água, ele se manifestou... fechou a cara, mexeu o corpo na intenção de descer do banco que estava assentado e olhou pra água... como não entender tanta “fala”? Speech Therapy⁣ Briella did so great in her last speech therapy visit before we break for three months. She is getting so quick at finding new words and remembering where her quick fire words are located at.
