6 weeks complete. Down 14 lbs, 9 inches on waist, 3ish on chest and 5ish on hips. Also down about 4-5% body fat and 3 pts on the BMI scale. .

I feel great, I love the changes I've made and am looking forward to see my transformation continue over the next year. 2019 is for a brand new me. I've been lost for so long and I think I have finally started taking steps in the right direction on the path to find myself. .

I love carbs like too much lol but I have done a good job for the most part at keeping them in check. I will continue to live a low carb lifestyle to the best of my ability. There are so many modifications that can be made to some of our favourite recipes, and I'm ready to commit!

Thanks to everyone who has sent me well wishes during this journey. It's not over.. I started out on March 19th at 243lbs with the goal of losing 85 lbs. I'm currently sitting at 229lbs. Let the battle contnue!

- haven't had bread in 3 weeks
- have been going to the gym 2-3 times a week since March 19th
- have lost a total of 10lbs as of today!
