i’ve really been struggling to sleep this past month, even though i’m constantly fatigued. i haven’t fallen asleep before 12 in sooo long. sometimes that little brain of mine has other ideas so last night was operation get some sleep! i pulled out all the stops ✨lavender, cedarwood & vetiver in the diffuser (good old desert mist was still running when i woke up) ✨dreams roller on my forehead, chest, wrists & a little on my top lip (valor, lavender, cedarwood & dream catcher) ✨relaxation massage oil on my arms and back of neck ✨sleepy spray on my sheets ✨dream catcher on my big toes ✨no phone from 8pm ✨bluelight glasses on all day when on my phone you guys... i slept 9-6 what’s your sleep weapon

Did you know that I swapped essential oil companies!? I did and here's why...⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ For years I have been an avid user of doTERRA oils, they are a great high-quality essential oil and I think they are awesome. However, recently I switched over to @youngliving and if you are familiar with Essential Oils you might be wondering why I did this and if you are wondering, read on!⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ Let me start with saying, I think both companies are wonderful. Their products are therapeutic grade, ethically sourced high quality essential oils.
