One of our stops along our drive up the coast was to see the Skywalk in St. John. I am so afraid of heights, I completely froze up and couldn't get myself to move over the glass. Not only are the views amazing, but you can watch a unique natural phenomenon from the viewing platform. The Reversing Rapids occur where the St. John River meets the Bay of Fundy, which has the world's highest tides. Twice each day, the tide rises 27 feet and forces the St. John River to reverse it's direction. It's the only place in the world where this happens. We could see the current creating little whirlpools. Definitely worth the stop!
