DIY CITRUS CLEANER ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Simple, effective and makes your house smell amazing! It’s also a perfect way of getting rid (reusing) your citrus peels! Simply soak some peels or herbs in vinegar for 2+ weeks, then dilute it before using by pouring equal part of water/vinegar in a spray bottle. Optionally add some essential oil (tea tree is our favourite). Simple as that and it smells so amazing! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ! Avoid using on materials such as wood or marble as highly acidic substances (such as high concentrations of vinegar could damage them over time- unless highly diluted with water!!). For those who don’t know me, here’s a the story behind me and my green and zero waste beauty journey! . A bit about me first: my name is Marta, I’m 28 years old, I’m Italian with family coming from Milan and Naples but have been living in London for the past 5 years with my boyfriend Jacky @jacopo.trombetta . I have always had a very problematic, dry but acne prone and sensitive skin and was in desperate need of natural, green alternatives which wouldn't defeat their purpose by being wrapped up in some shiny and sad plastic packaging. .
