Yes, I love eggs Boil the brussel sprouts in a large amount of water for 3-5min, then cut in halves. Cut the sweet potato in cubes and boil for about 5min. Sprinkle the brussel sprouts and sweet potato with some salt, pepper, dried oregano and turmeric. Mix with some avocado oil and roast at 350F for about 30min. Sprinkle some ground parmigiano cheese on top. Boil 2 eggs for 7-8min. Enjoy!
