The workout:
▪️4x20 Walking Lunges (Heavy Weight but still able to keep good form- you want it to be a challenge)
▪️4x10 each leg - Single Leg Step Up w/ High Knee (Slow and Controlled on these step ups with a focus on thrusting and squeezing the glute when you perform the high Knee)
▪️4x12 (each leg)Single Leg- Leg Press
▪️4x20 Calf Raises (on leg Press Machine) ▪️3x40 sec each - Split Squats w/ KB Drop Pulse immediately followed by single leg elevated & banded Glute Bridge (If your booty is not dyyyyyyying I will be sooooo impressed! This superset is brutal and the pump is real ✨)

How do you get yourselves back into the groove after the holiday? Here’s what NOT to do:
1. Go on a “diet”. Please don’t say or think this. Your body will re adjust even if you feel bloated or “off”. .
2. Do a detox or cleanse. Remember most of us are born with organs that do this for us.
3. Go on an exercise binge. Yes people sometimes think that putting in extra hours at the gym will cancel out the weekend. This really isn’t necessary. Just get back into your normal routine. .
