Shoe print dress by Kingi Carpenter for Peach Berserk. Gift of Julia Pine who wore the dress to the official opening of the Bata Shoe Museum in May 1995. This dress has been an artifact of the week before, but it is currently on display in our Dressing Toronto show, which ends this Friday November 30. This past Friday we were delighted to see Kingi Carpenter join us for a tour of the exhibition, and naturally, we had to take a snap of designer and creation!
