Hey friends! It’s me, Kelsey! The face behind K.E.W photography. My friend, @grace.j.photo took this awesome photo and she recently shared a little rant about having it all together that really stuck with me. . In high school, we looked at 25 year olds as ADULTS. I mean, technically we are, but I sure don’t feel like one the majority of the time. You’d be surprised at the actual number of people who really do have their ish together. And even when people don’t, they still ask when you will.. “when will you have kids? when will you do this?”. . There are days where I feel like I’m floating. Floating in the sense that I’m questioning every little thing that I’m doing.. trust me, it’s normal for you to have these thoughts. I do have dreams that I hope to achieve and will () but there is no rule saying by a certain age that you have to constantly “adult” and be done with the dreaming. . Well, that’s the end of my rant. Just be you, and don’t worry about other people’s expectations.

I met Caleb a few summers ago while working as a marketing intern - he was doing a bunch of video for them and we met on set! I was so excited when his fiancé, Krista, reached out to me to do their wedding! The two met at Merriweather Post Pavilion and Krista explained, “I was hanging out with a bunch of my girlfriends when I saw this super cute guy with a HUGE beard back in the crowd and stared at him until he came and talked to me :) We hit it off immediately and spent the rest of the day together. He called (!!) me the next day and we stayed in touch.” They ended up doing long distance for a few years, then moved to the same city and are now getting married at @thelinehotel in DC this year! Their engagement shoot in Georgetown is now up on the blog! Caleb is a film maker and brought his old film camera and we recreated some old moments they had together - read and see all about it on my blog! #LinkInBio

My dear friends! I have this feed for only a few months, but I’m so grateful to all of you! For your feedback and continued support, because this year was not so easy for me (I hope yours was better). But also a lot of good things are happened, including getting to know you.
