Investment: 1 minute. . 2.In a small bowl, I tossed a handful of deveined shrimp in 2 tsp avocado oil, sea salt, smoked chili, smoked paprika, 1 tsp crushed garlic, and 1 tablespoon of hot sauce (use your favorite). Investment 1 minute. . 3.Pan “fried” for a minute or two on each side on medium. Investment: 3 minutes. . 3. Added 1/2 avocado seasoned with TJs chile lime seasoning and some pinenuts. Who said eating clean had to be boring? ♥️ Chicken Fajitas are macro-friendly and so delicious! Ingredients 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 7 oz each)  4 bell peppers 2 large red onions, sliced 3 tablespoons olive oil 3 tablespoons taco seasoning 4 cups cooked brown rice or cooked quinoa  1 cup cooked black beans, drained  1 cup cooked corn, drained  1 lime, sliced into wedges  2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro Directions 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400 ̊F/200 ̊C. Place the chicken, peppers and onions onto a baking pan.  2️⃣ Sprinkle the taco seasoning evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts and veggies.  3️⃣ Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt  to taste. Toss to coat.  4️⃣ Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.  5️⃣ Slice the chicken into strips and divide the brown rice evenly between 4 food containers.  6️⃣ Top each with black beans, corn, peppers, onions and chicken. Sprinkle with cilantro and garnish with lime wedge. But actually, this is a LAZY ASS emergency meal / quick veg loaded pasta side dish. The broccoli gets cooked with the pasta then tossed with a quick sauce + cheese to make a juicy pasta that’s a bit lemony, a bit cheesy and a whole lot of Yum . The lemon, herbs garlic and chilli flakes are all “makes it even tastier” ingredients but even the base recipe is SO GOOD as it is, plus there’s loads of customisation options. You don’t even need both cheeses, either parmesan OR a melting cheese is good enough. Enjoy ❤️ . ▶️ Really Quick Broccoli Pasta (12 minutes!) . 350g / 12 oz dried short pasta (I used small shells) 2 broccoli heads (BIG!) 1 cup (100g) shredded cheese (or more!) . . ▶️ PASTA SAUCE (NOTES FOR SUBS): 2 tsp lemon zest, 2 tbsp lemon juice (or more!) 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1/3 cup (30g) parmesan finely grated 2 garlic cloves minced, 1 tsp mixed dried herbs, 1/2 tsp+ red pepper flakes 1 tsp sugar, 3/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper . ▶️Directions 1. Place lemony sauce ingredient sin jar. 2. Add 2 tsp salt into big pot of boiling water. Cook pasta, chop broccoli into small florets, add into water for last 2 minutes of cooking. 3. SCOOP OUT 1 cup water, drain, return pasta and broccoli into pot. 4. Add ½ cup water into sauce, shake, pour over pasta. 5. Add cheese, stir vigorously until “juicy”, using remaining pasta water if needed. FOLLOW @fitbodyrecipes For more healthy advice and recipes INGREDIENTS:⠀⁣⠀ 3 eggs separated ⠀⁣⠀ 25g baby spinach chopped ⠀⁣⠀ 1 tbsp chopped chives⠀⁣⠀ 1 tbsp chopped dill ⠀⁣⠀ 50g grated mozzarella (reserving 20g)⠀⁣⠀ 50g grated cheddar (reserving 20g) ⠀⁣⠀ 25g grated parmesan ⠀⁣⠀ 100ml sparkling water ⠀⁣⠀ Salt and freshly ground pepper ⠀⁣⠀ 1 tbsp butter . TO SERVE:⠀⁣⠀ Grated parmesan ⠀⁣⠀ Chopped chives ⠀⁣⠀ Dill fronds —— STEPS:⠀ ⁣⠀ Make your omelette - Separate your eggs, putting the yolks in a small bowl and the whites in the bowl of your mixer, along with the sparkling water. Whisk the egg whites to soft peaks, and then carefully fold in the egg yolks along with the chopped spinach, chives, dill, cheeses (reserving some to put under the grill) and some seasoning. ⠀⁣⠀ Turn your grill on to medium heat. Heat a small non-stick frying pan on a low to medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Carefully slide the egg mixture into the pan and give it a little shake to spread it to the edges. Allow this to cook for 1 minute then sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar across the surface and place the frying pan under the grill. Let it cook here for 1 – 2 minutes until the cheese has melted and going lightly golden. Take the pan out the oven and allow it to sit for 2 minutes. ⠀⁣⠀ Serve - Slide the omelet onto a plate and carefully fold one side over to reveal the golden underside. Organic baby spinach with a pasture raised boiled egg, half an avocado, tomato and uncured bacon crumbles dressed with extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice and seasoned with salt and pepper. . 4. On my plate is two half boiled✌ soy free and organic pasture raised eggs topped with red pepper flakes and dried oregano with cucumber, tomato and feta salad made with sheeps/goats milk feta and dressed with olive oil, red wine vinegar and lemon juice I’m having some Mediterranean gluten free crackers to go along and kalamata olives. It was absolutely delicious. . 5. Lunch today is two local organic pasture raised fried eggs with blistered broccoli , tomatoeswith feta, half a baked sweet potato and half an avocado. .
