Дистанционное ведение да или нет? Многие спрашивают веду ли я дистанционно, пока нет‍♀️ . Причин тому несколько ⤵️ 1. Отсутствие времени,полная занятость на основной работе такова, что успеваю работать с теми кто занимается очно. 2. Считаю дистанционное ведение менее эффективным и по этому, пока не подготовлю почву не начну‍♀️ 3. Так же, если это методики восстановительные, то тут уж точно нет❌, важно оценивать движение в целом, чувствовать сопротивление, какая сила и подвижность тела, по этому -все что касается восстановления, это только персонально очно☝️ Мне не нравится что половина Инстаграмм завалины дистанционным ведением, и мне кажется что оно настолько бесполезно, что я даже не хочу браться за это, а если и решусь, то хочу сделать все так, что б это было максимально эффективно и приносило реальные результаты . #maria_fitmaker #nizhnevartovskdays #fitnessmoscow #персональныетренировки #fitnessforwomen

MY GLUTE STAPLES! I decided to keep this video in real time (not sped up) to show you how slow and controlled I perform each movement. Mind-muscle connection is SO important and often overlooked. Another thing often overlooked is the important of the BASICS. As fun as it is to try new glute isolation movements we see all over instagram, there is absolutely nothing that will give you the results like the basics. Deadlifts, hip thrusts, lunges, squats etc... should be the BASE of your lower body workouts. Adding cable moves, body weight exercises and resistance band are great, just be sure they aren’t the bulk of your workout. Be sure to DOUBLE TAP & SAVE THIS WORKOUT
