One of my first infographic posts, but still as true now a year later!

Which side do you fall on? or
Both sides are vegan but the right hand side has more whole foods & less processed foods meaning more nutrients like fiber, vitamins, minerals etc, helping your body function optimally.
There's still space for some processed products as I understand we all crave certain products at times or if we're out for a meal, too busy etc.
In summary, just because it's vegan doesn't automatically means mean you should consume it regularly! You still need to pay attention and ensure your getting an adequate supply of nutrients!
