I think everybody who follows me knows already that I am a HUGE @catie.brier.contortion fan. Her program change the way I do stretching and my flexibility improved a lot, took me to the stars, really. This is why I stalk her every day, searching extra exercises that I could use in my stretching routine. Oh boy and you can find tones of idea if you have a look on her profile. I need to mention that purchasing her leg and back program helped me to actually understand how this exercises work (most of times) just by looking at them (cause you get a lot of details in your online private lesson). Week 3 #polegoalschallenge - Supine Split Stretch with Weight. You can try this stretch with a stall bar if you have access to one. If not, a kettlebell is the next easiest thing to use, then a bar with weights like this (I had trouble with it moving around a bit this way so had to secure the bar by blocking the weights with shoes for the second side). I included some of the prep stretches I did before I went into this stretch too.
