Most stretching folks do is some half-assed crap learned in PE class taught by a teacher that got paid peanuts. We can do better than that. These are the six principles I’m teaching in Stiff to Flexible AF, opening up in a couple of weeks.

I thought it was time for an update on my pancake. These results did not come from yoga, or PNF or a nervous system trick.

It was the result of learning to fully inhabit my body (better motor maps = better range of motion y’all), release tension and control the new range.

Too much of what is taught out there focuses on tactics. Sometimes they work. I’d rather give you the principles to create your own freedom.
