Thanks to @csiriano and @fragrancegroup for this powerful feminine fragrance! #ad Вчора робили з тімлідом огляд мого першого місяця з Vivid Seats, і стало соромно, що я так і нічого не розповіла‍♀️ Була дуже бізі і дуже багато всього нового, але мені так в кайф! Минулий тиждень приходила майже мертва і падала спати, але зранку підривалась, бо треба роботку працювати Розказую, а ви вмощуйтесь зручніше, бо остапа понесе і я точно не влізу в один пост Отож, почала я свої пошуки ще десь в лютому. Єдиний канал мого пошуку - LinkedIn - зручно to apply, плюс постійно сиділа на платформі по роботі. Нова робота не горіла і я вирішила просто дивитись що є на ринку, а вдруг там мене чекає Перший місяць пошуку був провальний, але дуже позитивним в плані досвіду - я пройшла десь 30 телефонних дзвінків Аж створила excel табличку, щоб все трекати і відслідковувати. Були різні розмови: деякі грузили технічними термінами, одні просили надіслати виписку з роботи по моїй ЗП‍♀️, дехто майже зразу обіцяв місце директора всього, ти тільки приходь Мій висновок з цього всього: треба легше ставитись до перших дзвінків і просто набиратись досвіду - які фрази краще вживати, а які ні; які хороші питання можна задати і так далі. Через місяць у мене вже був відшліфований спіч Звичайно, кожне провальне інтерв`ю на 20-30 хвилин убиває твій запал, але саме завдяки цьому досвіду я зрозуміла, що хочу потрапити в корпоративний світ і подалі від стафінгових агенств. Мінус агенств - вся твоя команда какби твої колеги, алк ти завжди сам по собі і відчуття у мене завжди було як в акваріумі з піраньями: хто що перший схопить, того і тапки‍♀️З мінусів в корп.рекрутингу, вимоги набагато вищі, бо ти вже ідеш на стабільну зарплату, а не на комісії від вдалих контрактів. І в момент коли я здається зрозуміла що я нарешті хочу, звузила пошук і уявляла себе щасливою з новою роботою, я почала отримувати перші результати .... все більше і більше відмов ...«лише рік досвіду в Штатах»...«скачеш з місця на місце щороку»... Почали закрадатись думки може я забагато хочу і сиділа б собі де сиджу‍♀️ Далі буде #gamolka_work_usa
