Here’s how I did it:
Preheat oven to 350.
Add a tablespoon of oil to an 8 inch cast iron skillet and heat on medium
Slice 4 white mushrooms, chop half a red bell pepper, and a handful of kale.
Add the veggies to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, whisk 4 pasture raised eggs with 1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk + 1 tsp of @curednutrition CBD infused roasted garlic seasoning.
Add the egg mixture with the veggies in the skillet + bake for about 10 minutes.
Top with avocado + chili flakes
