Marinated in ...
1 tbs Lucama powder
1 clove garlic
1 lemon peeled
1 1/2 tbs tahini
1 cup peeled zucchini
1/2 teaspoon kelp flakes
Dash Cayenne
Water to thin — blend to smooth
Pour over slaw mix let sit for 1 hour

Fruits are the most natural medicine and the best nourishment a person can have. Perhaps we need to reinforce our health with some superfoods or adaptogenic herbs during some time, depending on how we are in that moment, but I truly believe that we were designed to eat fruits. It changed my life and people’s life I know and, in fact, it’s the only food that is ready to eat in its pure state.
