Weddings can make you do desperate things. I remember a couple of months before my wedding, I was still far away from my target weight and I started crash dieting. I am still bearing the brunt of that decision. I know what I lost. I lost my lustrous hair, my amazing skin, my confidence. A crash diet just sucks the life out of you literally. You start to fear food and that is sad because food is the essence of life.
Immediately after my wedding I included ghee, paneer, milk , fruits, veggies and everything wholesome into my diet today, and I can see the results of it. Today, my skin, hair, dark circles and glow is slowly recovering with my healthy and wholesome diet .
