Peanut butter chocolate chip bites. ⠀ ⠀ I don’t always eat peanut butter but when I do, these bites are a go to. ⠀ ⠀ They are super versatile - you can use any nut butter.⠀ ⠀ Here’s the recipe:⠀ ⠀ 1/2 cup all natural peanut butter (I used organic from @naturescanada )⠀ ⠀ 1/2 cup coconut flour⠀ ⠀ 2 tbsp. coconut oil ⠀ ⠀ 1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract⠀ ⠀ 1 tsp. maple syrup (you can add more if you want them sweeter, omit for no sugar or add some monk fruit sweetener)⠀ ⠀ Pinch of sea salt (you can add more)⠀ ⠀ 1/4 cup mini dairy-free chocolate chips⠀ ⠀ Add all ingredients into a bowl (except chocolate chips) and mix together until smooth. ✨Golden grain free banana spiced walnut bread for the W I N✨ nothing like some free therapy spent in the kitchen . Do something today that helps you unwind, destress, && connect more to self. Allow yourself that quiet space to be w your thoughts, emotions, feelings, && things you’re working through while staying present w yourself . Bread details: 2 ripe bananas mashed and mixed with 2 cups almond flour + 1/3 cup melted coconut oil + 1/4 cup organic maple syrup and crushed walnuts + lots of cinnamon + @moodbeli cardamom ashwagandha + @vitalproteins vanilla collagen + turmeric + 1 tsp baking powder, mixed well and put in bread pan && sprinkle w more cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve w @royalghee gold honey ghee smothered on top✨ #fitbrittnutrition
