Health for me on a Sunday - is reading the paper at my local (a combo of body & soul and politics), coffee and pastry in hand, music and strolling along the river - letting the creative thoughts flow (no gym or vigorous training), introvert time.. I like to be alone and recharge - writing & creating without a deadline and OH.. and what is a day without an ugly laughing smile, always working on increasing those smile lines on my face (aging beautifully). A colourful Easter-themed #nourish bowl✨ Maple Dijon Baked Tempeh ~ using my favourite @mailleaustralia Dijon Orginale and inspired by the wonderful flavours of France , paired with a mix of brown rice + quinoa, purple cabbage, carrots, fresh greens, microherbs + a drizzle of lemon tahini dressing

This is the perfect simple, fresh, yet flavour-PACKED lunch to serve up for friends and family this Easter weekend. The tempeh is just too good for words
.
RECIPE:
1 package organic tempeh
2 heaped tsp @mailleaustralia Dijon Original mustard
2 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp garlic powder
.
1️⃣Preheat oven to 200°C and line a tray with baking paper.
2️⃣Combine marinade ingredients, chop tempeh into cubes and coat with marinade. Spread on baking sheet + bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
3️⃣Serve with brown rice or quinoa, your favourite colourful veggies, greens and a tahini drizzle.

❌sin gluten
❌sin freír .
Necesitamos:
quinoa hervida
pechuga de pollo
huevo .
parmesano o grana padano
orégano
pimentón
.
1️⃣ponemos la quinoa ya hervida en una fuente de horno y la horneamos unos 15 minutos para que quede crujiente
2️⃣cortamos el pollo y salpimentamos
3️⃣mezclamos el parmesano rallado, orégano, pimentón y la quinoa crujiente
4️⃣rebozamos el pollo primero en huevo y después con la mezcla hecha
5️⃣lo ponemos al horno unos 17 minutos a 180 grados con un poquito de aceite de oliva virgen extra encima
