A whole package of 90s Japanese luxury. The last time I saw this was around 2006 a.k.a. 13 years ago, until I'm surprisingly able to see it again in 2019. Heres a rare second-generation 1997 Infiniti Q45! . It was launched back in 1997 by Infiniti, alongside with their cheaper mid-size I30. Inside, it is equipped with the big 266hp 4.1L V8 engine that has no common parts with any other Nissan/Infiniti here. This premium full-size sedan was meant to be a competitor of Lexus LS400, Mercedes-Benz S-Class (W140), and BMW 7 series (E38)... but sadly failed to at least existed. Imagine, who wants to gamble and spend a very huge amount of 1997 S-Class money for a luxury sedan from a new brand? Almost none, that's why it's so rare even when it was relatively new. . This one's is still in relatively good condition although the white paint starts to yellowing. I occasionally see it running around my area, and this has been the second Q45 that I've ever seen in my entire life. I remember I saw an article on Top Gear Indonesia magazine (2006 edition), this car was featured on the used car recommendation and listed for sale at only Rp 170 million, same cost as a new Honda City i-DSI AT. A 9 years old luxury boat for a price of new tiny sedan. The article stated that buyers need to beware of the maintenance, complicated to maintain and has several electrical issues. So...
