When I started on the pump I never carried extra supplies around and was always running back to my dorm room in the middle of the day to get extra pump supplies, that didn’t last long. *how I wish my attitude towards diabetes is at all times* But for real been slacking in A LOT of areas lately. Work has once again consumed me while my health & fitness take a back seat and I start to fall into that horrible rut! Feeling like because I’ve been working so many hours that I “deserve” certain things - food I shouldn’t be eating, alcohol I shouldn’t be drinking, online shopping I shouldn’t be doing. Time to hit the reset button How do YOU restart & refresh after pulling yourself out of a rut?!

Thank you everyone who wished me a Happy Birthday yesterday, I truly appreciate it. Got down on a round of golf with friends and my sensor stayed on like a champ with this @expressionmedtape , these tapes hold like no other. .
