The kids ROCKED the course . My favorite part was seeing all the smiles... and some truly engaging competitive races . While I mostly coach adults (to help them enjoy moving as much as they did when they were kids ‍♀️), I absolutely LOVE creating fun and immersive movement events for children. Play comes naturally to them, and they often enjoy testing their movement skills through games and challenges. So proud of this little lady! Not only has she been a fantastic big sister this first month of duty, she ran in the @jcfamilies kids run today and CRUSHED it! ‍♀️ She wasn’t into it at first but smiled and participated anyway, and finished the race with a smile! Those first days as a new mom are filled with the most beautiful memories. Adjusting to life with a newborn in those midnight hours, learning queues and patterns all become part of your new norm. Snuggling as they sleep and bonding with baby with your partner by your side.
