【ご報告】 Cirque du Soleil “O”との契約を、来年からOn Callという形に切り替えることにしました。 今年までは正社員(Permanent)として、週5日毎晩ショーに出ていますが、来年1月1日からは人が足りない時だけ呼ばれて、不定期にショーに出ることになります。 Cirqueに入ってから5年間、色んなことを学ばせて頂きました。 ここで学んだことを大事にしながら、これからは新たなことにも挑戦したいと思い、この決断に至りました。 チームとしても大きな変化が求められる中、背中を押してくれたチームのみんな、会社の人たち。 「戻りたくなったらいつでも戻っておいで」と、優しくハグしてくれたコーチ。 「美紗は一度決めたら聞かないから」と、呆れながらもあたたかく見守ってくれている家族。 感謝と誇り。 不安と寂しさ。 色んな感情が入り混じって、こんなEmotionalな日々があと5ヶ月も続くのかと思うと、ちょっと先が思いやられますが...。 Permanent artistとしての“一区切り”を意識してのショーは、毎回見え方が全然違います。 また来年からはどんな景色が見えるんだろう。 どんなことを見て、感じて、学んで、成長していけるんだろう。 そう思うと、これからがとても楽しみです。 基本的に拠点はラスベガスになりますが、縛りが少なくなる分、日本での活動も増やしていき、いずれは半々くらいで活動していけたらと思っています。 日本でもアメリカでも、何かおもしろそうなこと、一緒になんかやろうよ！という方がいらっしゃいましたら、是非ご連絡ください あと、毎晩ショーに出ている杉山を見れるのは、とりあえず今年で一区切りになるので、時間がある方は是非Vegasに遊びに来てね。 あと5ヶ月。 駆け抜けます！ 今後ともどうぞ宜しくお願い致します✨ I didn't resign as a permanent artist and decided to switch to an On-call next year. It was a big decision and was so hard to decide because Cirque du Soleil was my dream job since when I was 14 and ”O” is still my favorite show in this world for me. But it's been 5 years since I started to work with Cirque. I’ve learned a looooot of things and I think it's time to move on to next adventure. I'm so proud and grateful to be on the stage every show every night and sometimes that makes me not want to leave which is very emotional. (Actually, I'm kind of getting tired to be emotional everyday) But also I'm excited to see more, feel more, and learn more; as well as grow more as an artist and a person. I really appreciate all the artists, staff, my teammates, friends and my family who supported and encouraged me for the next.
