Learn when to move ‍♂️ in a new direction _ I remember at one point in my career, working with people brought its share of challenges _ I eventually got to a point where I felt like if I believed in someone so much to the point where I never quit ‍♂️, then eventually I could help them get there. _ I learned the skills in keeping people around but realized this didn’t help ‍♂️ if they didn’t take responsibility on their own in order to take action. _ This can be applied to not only my scenario of business, but to all of our personal relationships and other partnerships too. _ Eventually I found myself just wasting time trying to push ⬛️ squares into openings for ⚫️ circles. _ What I realized was that staying committed for eternity wasn’t the key, rather learning how to sort was the answer. You see, you need to learn to pick up on indicators to not waste time(you know how I feel about wasted time). If someone in your business doesn’t want to take action, on to the next. _ We’re out here looking for the right people and opportunities, not to change the first ones we come across to fit our vision. _ Learn this skill, save yourself time/headache, and crush it!

Recently I’ve learned a lot of lessons both from my experiences and those of others around me. Often times many of us find ourselves in a position of wanting to please others... Why? _ Probably simply because the result of someone else’s approvals, gain, or happiness due to us or our actions makes us feel good. We like ‘giving’ It’s one of our basic needs as humans to experience true joy _ Now, don’t think I’m saying this is a bad thing and you should turn your back on giving. It’s not and you shouldn’t Giving is important But you MUST know your boundaries To give to others at the expense of your self is not the key to living a great life. If you give others the opportunity to make decisions and you wait to take action based on their decision, you’re paralyzed If you give others the opportunity to judge your actions or you have a need for their approval you’re only stopping yourself from experiencing life and thus missing out on so many great moments and lessons!!! _ What I’ve found is that when you give to others in parallel to your purpose, when you respect yourself and boundaries in the process, it removes all need for approval, stress, anxiety and any other negative inhibiting emotion. It allows you take take action and move in your direction because you’re giving selflessly and without expectation. It allows you to be joyful because you don’t need to wait for them to tell you they approve. There’s a word to look up that describes this type of giving that will help you. It’s called altruism. Check that out when you can and practice that. Remember to give without expectations or need for approval and only in parallel with your own path. Not in replacement of it.
