Талая живая вода Привет друзья! Что-то давно уже ничего не выкладывал про виски, и вот решил немного восполнить этот пробел:-) . The Macallan Select Oak. Highland. 40%. Горделивая надпись на этикетке гласит: «Crafted from an exceptionally wide and unique combination of five cask types, delivering extraordinary smoothness, remarkable sweetness and depth». Давайте проверим, что тут правда... ♦️Запах. На мой взгляд, слабоват, немного усиливается при нагреве, но, тем не менее, очень и очень деликатный. Бочка, зеленое яблоко, берёзовый сок, абрикосовый джем, немного лаванды и ландыша, и ваниль. Интенсивность аромата - не самое сильное место этого виски. ♥️Вкус. Под стать запаху, мягкий и нежный, карамельный, есть сливочная помадка, немного шоколада, сахарный тростник и тропические легкие ноты. ♠️Финиш. Послевкусие достаточно простое, но долгое и пряное, преобладают бочка и ваниль. Вывод. Напиток исключительно мягкий, красивого темного благородного цвета. Пьётся легко, как вода. Впрочем, по вкусу тоже достаточно «водянист»:-) Да, это Макаллан, он безошибочно идентифицируется в качестве такового, но, как по мне, это не самый достойный из их релизов, не смотря на пресловутые «5 специально отобранных бочек». С мягкостью явный перебор:-). Напиток получился... дамским, но основное достоинство парфюмерии: стойкие сильные ароматы, а здесь они еле слышимы. Не уверен, по-моему этот релиз уже обновлён (бутылка разливалась в начале века), может там дела получше? Хороший добротный питкий виски. Но со слабым характером. I bought it for my wife many years ago as my first “big bottle” purchase, and since then it’s been brought out only with good friends and family. .
