Arm balance option: flying pigeon pose
I was pretty psyched to do these Plank #crocodilehops but I’m not sure they are even possible in forearm plank (at least not for me!) . So...try playing with high plank hops, step to flying pigeon or try getting a bit of air by jumping into it. Oh yea, the pose I love to hate but secretly love: Malasana #yogisquat ... but I’ve found that the more i dynamically move through this posture, the happier my hips become. (but maybe not that happy)
